Role and Responsibility :

- HealthSetGo is looking for a sharp and dynamic profile for the role of Brand Strategy.

- An ideal candidate should have 2-3 Years of work experience in a similar field of marketing, client interaction and creation of creative strategies. Should have an MBA in Marketing. Prior E-commerce marketing experience is a plus.

Client Understanding : 

- Understand the need and goals of the clients.

- Identify opportunities for giving client value through our current marketing channels.

- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for the client.

- Create a marketing strategy for the Client.

- Get offers, products, coupons from the Client which will drive business for the client as well as value for our customers.

- Work with designers, marketing agencies and content to increase conversions and impressions for Client.

Promotions & Marketing : 

- Create promotions to drive revenue for the Company and Client.

- Conceptualize, Execute and Manage Social Media Marketing initiatives, CPC campaigns, E-mail Marketing,Online Deals&Promotions,Coupons and Viral Marketing.

- Own both creation and execution of promotions calendar including special occasions (Diwali, Valentine's day, etc.)

- Setting strategies and managing SEM, PPC, Affiliate marketing, Online Branding & PR, Lead Generation, Blogs, Forums, Webinars, Mobile marketing to achieve higher page views and unique visitors.

- Work closely with the content, design, production, quality assurance and IT teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

- Managing media buying and tracking online campaigns.

- Identify, Execute and Manage potential business alliances.

- Identifying high-growth and high-revenue opportunities and taking a lead on executing them.

Skills :

1. Creativity and Thinking out of the box.

2. Ability to manage external agencies and vendors

3. Good communication skills

4. Skills in planning, execution and project management of ATL and BTL.

5. Prior experience in marketing, collateral development, and branding a plus.

Location : Gurgaon, India.


Salary Offered :  5-8 LPA
