HealthPlix Technologies - Senior Consultant/Manager - Consulting

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join our team working with next-level patient data to provide actionable insights into healthcare practices, outcomes and identify need-gaps to shape the Indian healthcare market. You would be working with top Indian and MNC pharmaceutical companies to shape their strategies.

This role would specifically emphasize project management for the publication's requirements of various clients in partnership with HealthPlix. You would be closely working with the medical fraternity and support them with end-to-end requirements for publication of RWE paper.

Responsibilities :

- Understand the clinical data requirement from clients and provide initial feasibilities by extracting the data in collaboration with the engineering team.

- Work on clinical data extracted from HealthPlix and provide advice for the publication requirements of the client

- Leverage clinical data to provide insights on treatment landscape, outcomes, drugs, etc.

- Manage publications based on HealthPlix RWE end to end

- Understand client problems and create a strategic approach to resolve the same

- Manage client stakeholders and formulate proposals for the publication offering

Requirements :

- Problem structuring and solving

- Primary/secondary research

- Effective communication

- Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint

- Project / Team management (preferable but not mandatory for Consultant)

Background:

- 4-9 years of experience

- Top tier School alumni

- Experience in healthcare / Lifesciences consulting, clinical studies, pharmaceutical industry preferred
