General Manager - Consulting

You would be working with top Indian and MNC pharmaceutical companies to shape their strategies.

- This role would specifically emphasize project management for the publication's requirements of various clients in partnership with Healthplix.

- You would be closely working with the medical fraternity and support them with end-to-end requirements for publication of RWE paper.

Currently, 1.2+ crore patients across India have been treated through the HealthPlix EMR platform by doctors practicing across 20+ specialties. Our doctor base makes us the largest EMR software used by doctors to digitize the care in Indian healthcare.

We are able to leverage the de-identified data to provide market trends and real-world insights to our pharmaceutical clients. We work with them to understand the strategic and tactical problems they are facing and solve the same.

Role expectations:

- This is a senior consulting role and requires the candidate to have strong client management experience.

- The candidate should have a strong understanding of the pharma segment and should be adept at building positive client experiences by co-creating value for them.

- Analyse the clinical data to generate therapy level, molecule level and brand level insights and assist pharma companies for their brand plans and brand strategies

- Leverage clinical data to provide insights on treatment landscape, outcomes, drugs, etc.

- Understand client problems and create a strategic approach to resolve the same using

Healthplix solutions:

- Understand the data requirement from clients and provide initial feasibilities by extracting the data in collaboration with the engineering team.

- Manage publications based on Healthplix RWE end to end. Work on clinical data extracted from Healthplix and provide advice for the publication requirements of the client

- Manage client stakeholders and formulate proposals for the publication offering

- Mentor and manage the consulting team (5-6 members) and oversee the overall analytical work, corporate presentations and insights decks being shared with clients

- Primary / secondary research

- Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint

- Project / Team management

Background:

- 7-10 years of experience in healthcare consulting

- Top tier School alumni

- Experience in healthcare / life sciences consulting, clinical studies, pharmaceutical industry required
