HealthPlix is looking for talented and competitive 'Area Sales Managers' who thrive to become the sales leader. The role will require you to understand the healthcare ecosystem and lead the assigned sales team to increase market penetrations by digitizing clinics.

Responsibilities:
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Lead and scale up the sales team to meet the larger market opportunity
- Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan and report
- Achieve market expansion and coverage through effective manpower, sales target setting and performance tracking
- Manage administration and expense planning, execution and drive customer engagement initiatives for the assigned territory
- Manage sales pipeline by nurturing relationships and tapping competition
- Travel across assigned territory to support sales team members
Requirements:
- 4 years of sales and team management experience
- Experience with Startup, SAAS, HealthTech, Telecom B2B preferred
- Excellent communication skills(English & Regional language preferred) with a focus on driving a sales
- Plan and travel extensively across the assigned territory & upcountry if required
- Strong people skills with high customer-centricity
- Good technical understanding of the product
- Strong listening, presentation & time management skills
