Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EMR & SaaS Sales Specialist to join our hospital channel sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, competitor benchmarking, and selling hospital digitization solutions. This role requires excellent connections and relationships within the healthcare industry, particularly with hospitals, and a proven track record in SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities within the hospital sector.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze competitors offerings, pricing, and strategies to position our solutions effectively.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our EMR and hospital digitization solutions to potential clients.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
