About HealthPlix :
HealthPlix through its assistive-AI-powered EMR software empowers doctors to drive Better Health Outcomes for their patients by providing Clinical Decision Support at the point of care. Currently, 1.2+ crore patients across India have been treated through the HealthPlix EMR platform by doctors practicing across 20+ specialties. Our doctor base makes us the largest EMR software used by doctors to digitize the care in Indian healthcare. We are able to leverage the de-identified data to provide market trends and real-world insights to our pharmaceutical clients. We work with them to understand the strategic and tactical problems they are facing and solve the same.
Role expectations :
HealthPlix is launching a new business vertical (buoyed by the recent fund raise). The ideal candidate for this role will have to wear multiple hats as we scale this 0 to 1 initiative :
1. Speaking to doctors and on-ground field team
2. Running analytics on product usage data and bring out actionable insights
3. Cross functional collaboration with customer support, operations and product teams to drive critical changes.
4. Design and build SOPs and processes for various initiatives
5. You will be reporting to the Associate Director, Strategy & Ops
The Candidate will be part of a small team of 9 highly driven individuals who are experimenting and trying to create something new.
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
1. 1-3 yrs of cumulative work experience in high growth start-ups (B2C companies only)
2. Must have: Hands on experience with SQL/MixPanel/Excel with Good problem solving skills
3. Exhibit really high ownership (Can't stress enough on the importance of this !!)
4. Hustle to get things done in a fast-changing business environment
