About the Role :

As HealthKart embarks on the next phase of growth, we are looking for an incumbent to own the growth journey of one of the fastest growing brands in the portfolio with massive expansion plans. The incumbent will be end-to-end responsible for growing the brand 2-3x by defining and executing the scale up strategy, which includes managing marketing communication, portfolio expansion, and new channel development.

Broad responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to, the following :

- Build and scaling the brand portfolio, owning the P&L for the brand

- Brand Management - Own Positioning and Communication related discussions, expert on insights/ value proposition, responsible for end-to-end marketing communication

- Own the brand growth strategy - create short, medium and long term roadmap for the brand, including new products/categories introduction and channel expansion

- Build, scale and optimize online as well as offline marketing programs against growth targets & ROI goals

- Test and scale multiple digital media vehicles for impact & relevance

- Define the brand value proposition and be responsible for end-to-end marketing communication

- Liaison with sales teams to drive and deliver the annual business plan

Requirement :


- MBA with 4-7 years of experience

- Solid body of work across whole marketing mix - Communication, Positioning, Insights, Packaging, Media (strong hold on digital) on a mass category/brand

- Experience of working with external stakeholders - agencies, partners, research agencies, etc.

- Excellent networking and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders

- Strong know how in planning short and long range plans and delivering results

- An ability to think out of the box and be an industry pioneer

- Prior experience of handling influencer strategy and celebrity management.
