Role Summary
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a General Manager - B2C Product - who will shape and drive the overall B2C product journey for Healthkart. You will be leading a team of product managers and should be able to analyze information from user research, data insights, and various experiments to create a robust roadmap and execute it.
You will be responsible for optimizing eCommerce funnels across multiple healthkart platforms - Web, Mobile, and various D2C brand websites. This role involves work in partnership with multiple internal HK stakeholders to drive the plan and make impactful product decisions.

Qualifications
What do we expect from you?
- Experience : 10+ years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years in a product management role
- Product Craft: Good track record in designing and shipping B2C products over multiple product life cycles.
- Some of our products/initiatives are in the 0 to 1 stage or transitioning from this stage to the 1 to 10 stage. So, the ideal candidate should have experienced the 0 to 1 phase in the past and should have helped scale the product from this phase into the next phase of growth
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive the product roadmap. Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks with prior experience working with engineering through the complete product lifecycle
- Data-Driven: Ability to work with large quantities of data and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making.
- Thought leader: Be business and tech-savvy and provide thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends
- Team Player: Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work across teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Engineering from premier schools. MBA a plus
- Interest in health and nutrition is a plus
