Exp: 3 - 6 Years
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product, dev & marketing to scale up new paid marketing initiatives.
- Own end-to-end of a digital marketing funnel, right from ads to the landing page to the conversions, etc
- Set up new acquisition channels from scratch & scale up existing ones - primarily Facebook, Google Ads.
- Own budget planning & key KPIs like ROI, CPL, etc for a portion of the marketing budget
- Continuously evaluate new opportunities, adopt new experiments & approach to finding insights, learning and build them for scale
Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- 1-4 years in a paid marketing role (preferably at a B2B SaaS)
- Hands-on experience with running campaigns on Facebook & Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube).
- Have a working understanding of how the tech-stack of marketing works (pixels, CRO), etc
- Hands-on experience with SQL + MS Excel (good to have).
- Mathematically very sound should be able to think in a structured manner and focus on probabilistically arriving at conclusions.
- Experiment-first, data-driven driven approach to understanding what works and what does not.
