The role is ideal for someone who has prior experience in analytical roles in tech start-ups & is looking to transition to marketing above and beyond just analytics.
Responsibilities:
- As an analyst in the performance marketing team, you'll be expected to support the current team in their day-to-day tasks and eventually transition to full ownership of certain aspects of the team's work.
- Handling portions of the digital marketing budget and spending it on channels like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc with an ROI focused approach
- Work closely with the product, ops & creative teams to drive initiatives.
- Keep a close eye on key KPIs and work in tandem with the team to move them in the right direction.
- You will be the focal point of three threads - creatives, analytics, and performance marketing.
Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- 0-2 years in an analytical business-facing role (preferably in a tech start-up)
- Hands-on experience with SQL + MS Excel (good to have).
- Mathematically very sound should be able to think in a structured manner and focus on probabilistically arriving at conclusions.
- Quick learner with a drive to go deep within things. The role has a very steep learning curve.
