Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at Healthfirst Technologies in Hyderabad.

- The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications:

- Strong Analytical and Communication skills.

- Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience.

- Well versed with business analysis tools & techniques.

- Proficiency in documenting Business Requirements.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industries is a plus.

- Facilitate requirement gathering with internal & external stakeholders.

- Prepare BRD & PRD which may include use cases and feature descriptions.

- Work with tech leads, system architects and QA leads to define and refine requirements.

- Good to have knowledge about Agile methodologies to manage product backlog.

- Experience in Program Management and Project Management.

- Effective Team Leadership abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
