As part of our young team, you will have an opportunity to define and drive the shape of digital healthcare in India. You will design and develop exciting new models in areas like revenue cycle management, fraud management, hospital resource optimization, patient care services, medical decision support system etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as an internal consultant and advise and assist in developing cutting edge products to solve complex problems in healthcare, leveraging the power of data capabilities of platform

- Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of issues in healthcare ecosystem and the development of stakeholder specific solutions

- Manage, conceptualize and design of Healthcare building blocks systems leveraging the power of data

- Assist in the development of detailed documentation and specifications related to healthcare specific use cases

- Be an SME/domain expert in healthcare informatics

- Perform adjacency analysis on offerings and advice on additional use cases that can be launched

- Work with the product managers on product roadmaps

- Work with data scientists on data analysis and elaboration

Requirements:

- Expertise in multiple areas of Healthcare ecosystem

- Understanding and specific focus on Indian healthcare challenges

- Data driven mindset and experience of working with some of the data tools

- Familiarity & ability to use data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlick

- Understanding of different software packages/tools in use in the healthcare side

- Good to have: Familiarity of systems like Cerner, EPIC, TrackCare

- Good to have: Familiarity with standards like HL7, FHIR, ICD10

- Experience/academic qualification on medical informatics/healthcare informatics/pharmaco-informatics

- Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience in relevant areas
