Health Care at Home India Pvt Ltd (HCAH) is India's premium home healthcare company.
It started as a joint venture between the Burman Family (promoters of Dabur- world's largest Ayurvedic company and the 4th largest FMCG company In India) and the initial founders of Healthcare at Home UK (HaH UK) (www.hah.co.uk).
HCAH commenced homecare operations in Delhi NCR in April 2013 with the aim to provide integrated home healthcare service. Since its inception, HCAH has grown with presence in across 5 cities for B2C and 30+ cities for B2B, primarily focussing on four integrated service
Acute Care Services:
We work with many private hospitals offering homecare services in oncology, pulmonology, post-operative care (orthopaedics, cardiac, bariatric etc), critical care, aged care and palliative care. Our success is founded on providing the highest quality services delivered by well trained and experienced staff (specialist nurses, HCAs and physiotherapists). We also use empanelled doctors when required. Patient and doctor feedback has been excellent to date. We have ambitious plans to expand to other Indian cities and hope to have a pan-India presence within FY18.
Chronic Care Services:
We are developing subscription based chronic disease management programs to manage diseases like diabetes, hypertension, COPD etc. These would be executed with the use of clinical delivery and technology. Our first service in this category is Diabee (Diabetes management) which is based on a program developed by US Center for Disease Control.
Pharma Services:
HCAH provides a one stop solution to pharma companies in their patient support journey which includes patient awareness, screening, diagnostics, onboarding, drug distribution & administration, compliance and data analytics. These services help pharma companies to improve compliance on their drugs, engage doctors and patients, reduce costs and increase the reach of their drugs.
HCAH also acquired Health Impetus Pvt Ltd to augment its capabilities in the Patient Support Programs.
HCAH has 30+ contracts with large pharma companies and pharma services as a BU is already profitable.
HCAH also has a JV with M3 Inc a listed Japanese multinational company with - USD 9bn market cap. It has 4.0mn + doctors worldwide using its various Internet based platforms, through which it offers a host of services to the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare professionals
Pharma Distribution:
HCAH also has presence in 12 cities with a distribution model both for direct to patients as well as institutional supply of chronic drugs. We have GDP compliant pharmacies with best in class infrastructure including walk chillers, temperature alarms, loggers etc.
HCAH key shareholders are the initial founders of HAH UK. HAH was the pioneer of patient-centric homecare services in the UK, Europe and Australia; Over the past 16 years HaH UK has grown to capture 70% market share in an overall market size of US$ 2.5 Bn today. HaH UK has worked with almost all the top pharma companies globally and has successfully run programs for such companies since last 15 plus years.
Recently HCAH raised a large investment from Quadria Capital to expand its operations.

Title: Sr Manager/Manager - Strategy & M&A
Location: Delhi NCR, India
Reporting To: Director Strategy
Direct Reports: None
Team Composition: 4-member team. All from premier IITs
Support the team in:
- Identifying & managing key strategic initiatives with the senior management team,
- Identify merger and acquisition opportunities, develop investment documents and taking the deal through its complete lifecycle,
- Develop business plans, analytics, operating plans & budgets, and presenting to senior management team and board
Qualifications:
- Should have the passion and desire to work in a start-up environment. Should have the capability to handle ambiguity
- Should be from top 7 IITs.
- Has done an MBA from premier institute.
- Candidate with relevant experience (Investment Banking/Consulting/ Strategy/EA positions) will be preferred.
- Should be knowledgeable about valuation procedures, budgets, forecasts/projections, margin analysis etc.
