Role Summary/Purpose:
- Brand Management, Communication Development, Media Planning & Buying and developing and executing effective marketing programs and brand properties for achieving brand and business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior management for building and strengthening HealthCare atHOME brand that the organization endows across the market.
- Conceptualize, develop and execute multiple brand properties to engage consumer and develop required brand associations.
Design & Implement ATL (TV, Radio, print) and BTL and digital media campaigns as per business needs
- Work across all functions to ensure effective customer communication
- Liaison with and manage the Creative, Media, and PR Agencies
- Manage the Media planning and buying activities
- Track brand health parameters and monitor changes around awareness, consideration, preference and brand imagery.
- Commission Market Research from time to time as required.
- Establish and manage brand collaborations and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with other departments including Products, Technology, Sales and Operations.
Years of Experience: 1-3 relevant of at least 1
Education: MICA preferred/ Preference will be given to candidates from successful digital agencies or eCommerce companies.
