Job Objective :
- Deliver all key HR processes for the 200 employees of HealthAsyst with a strong focus on business priorities. Manage the Function with passion and energy to build cutting edge HR processes, develop talent and improve retention.
Responsibilities :
Functional ownership :
- Own the design and delivery of all key HR processes
- Calendar all key milestones for the year in discussion with senior leadership and roll out the same with appropriate communication and handholding
- Design processes in tune with the HealthAsyst culture, ethos and business setting
Performance management & development :
- Build and deliver a well-oiled performance management system -implementation, ongoing hand-holding and closures with continuous dialogue with the employee base
- Manage a skill and competency assessment framework for all existing roles
- Build a customised Learning Framework for the team
- Build a Development Plan across the existing career ladders to nurture talent across all levels
Employee engagement initiatives :
- Build a structured approach to measure employee engagement
- Ensure that local Department and organizational level engagement initiatives are planned and rolled out
- Understand the current talent scenario and map a comprehensive retention plan
- Build,Manager involvement in driving the employee engagement initiatives
Talent acquisition & retention :
- Focus on building a strong employee brand for HealthAsyst
- Drive the manpower planning exercise in coordination with senior business leaders
- Drive the recruitment and selection process with a focus on the business plan
- Ensure that the right Brand Connect is built with all prospective candidates
- Build a strong social media hiring framework
- Build a strong selection process to bring the right talent
Specific Initiatives :
- Build the HR capability to handle both the Product and Services requirements
Key success factors :
- HR delivery as per business plan
- Culture fit and establishing a relationship and connect with the team and with all internal stakeholders
- Impactful initiatives focussed on retention and development
Education / Experience/ Knowledge and Skill requirements :
- 12-14 years of work experience in HR
- Postgraduate qualification in HR
- At least 4-5 years of experience handling a Business Unit ownership for Human Resources
- Must have managed multiple business stakeholders
