Position- Manager/Senior Manager - Business Strategy & Client Relationship

JD-

- Work closely with HOD on Business Strategy & Plan implementation

- Driving & Tracking sales from BD team

- Provide guidance and direction to team members as needed.

- Develop business strategies to achieve company goals.

- Identify business gaps and propose corrective actions & measures

- Commercial & Pricing working in excel

- Negotiations with client on pricing, penalty & other clauses

- RFP & Tender Preparation

- Database Management

- Legal coordination & Contract renewal

- Client Audit Facilitation

- Intra -department coordination for different projects and support to BD team

- Data Analytics and Report Preparation monthly, weekly, and as when required

- Review Presentation Preparation

- Develop business presentations to management when required.

- Perform business analysis and reporting to management for decision making purposes.

- IT Projects coordination

- Creating & Management end to end projects related to New Process flow, IT development, RnR program, Team Training, Etc.

- Client onboarding & System creation activities

- Hands on experience on PPT, Excel

- Take additional responsibilities and not limited to above.

Exp: 4 -8 years
