We have India's largest Medical Network spanning from a large basket of Pathology, Diagnostics, Consultations, Tele Doctor, Pharmacy, Fitness, Vaccinations, other care services etc Our clients include more insurers in the market from Cigna, Niva Bupa, Aditya Birla, ICICI Prudential to LIC etc.

We service Employees of leading Corporates like General Electric, Loreal, Pearsons, Deutsche Bank, etc for Employee Health Benefits. Our B2C line of business is OPD insurance where we have partnered with some key Health Insurers to co create and distribute OPD insurance products across all channels of Bancassurance, Brokers, Agency, etc.

- We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategic execution of our OPD subscription-based insurance products

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the healthcare or insurance sectors, with a keen insight into consumer behaviour and market dynamics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine subscription-based Primary care (OPD) products, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse consumer base while maintaining profitability.

- Strategize and execute pricing and underwriting models based on detailed risk assessment and usage assumptions.

- Collaborate with distribution partners, including brokers, agents, NBFCs, banks, and insurance companies, to enhance product reach and fulfil partner needs.

- Work through the Regulatory and Compliance of Insurance Industry

- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer needs.

- Work closely with the

- Sales teams for new proposals and ensure that complies with underwriting policies and regulatory requirements.

- Tech teams to ensure architecture supporting our market requirements.

- Operations teams for effective implementation of plans and clients within our system

- Uphold product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Insurance or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience working with insurance companies, preferably in a product management or underwriting role.

- At least 5 years of overall experience in product management and B2B client management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in managing large, cross-functional teams and projects.

- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
