- Venture Building & Scaling, Tech Architecture Design & Mashup; Technology Stack Design; Minimum viable product (MVP) Development; Setting up & managing the Tech Infra, Ensuring security of the Product, Recruit & Manage a Team of Hackers/ Ninjas, Setting Innovative Development Culture, Developing Product Vision & Roadmap, Product Phasing & timely launches, Ensuring competitive advantage with cutting edge technology, high quality code, excellent version control, and innovative de-bugging, ensuring fantastic customer experience, continuous improvement through tracking the user journey, market user experience and technological innovations. Requirements:
- 7+ years of overall experience. Senior talent in line to become a CTO or a CTO in a prominent Multi-Vendor E-Commerce Marketplace or Aggregation Platform/ new age tec product company is a must. Preferably 28-35 years of age. Experienced, yet young at heart, energetic, dynamic & passionate about building something that can change the world and change lives. Familiarity with popular front-end and back-end technologies used by new-age technology start-ups. Abreast of tech stacks of leading apps.

A Speed Coding Ninja at some point in his/ her life but still very passionate about coding and very willing to roll-up his/ her sleeves and hack away at this stage of the start-up. Has the ability to keep the code elegant and clear. Very open to new unconventional ways of creating software. Familiarity with development trends & best practices, emerging technologies, mashups & API Integrations.
