Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced demand forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and seasonal variations.
- Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and finance teams to gather input and create comprehensive inventory plans for the entire season across COCO (Company-Owned Company-Operated) and FOFO (Franchise-Owned Franchise-Operated) outlets.
- Continuously monitor and adjust forecasts in response to changing market dynamics, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet business targets.
- Design and implement a robust distribution model based on revenue and margin targets, historical sales data, and space utilization metrics for effective product placement.
- Ensure all inventory touch points maintain required fill rates to prevent stockouts and overstocks across retail locations.
- Work with logistics and operations teams to optimize the distribution network, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries to both online platforms and retail outlets.
- Regularly monitor logistics costs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Inventory Planning and Inventory Management processes.
- Strong skills in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management.
- Analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Experience in Space Planning and Planogramming for retail outlets.
- Proven track record of managing demand forecast accuracy and optimizing inventory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
