- Driving Brand Initiatives, Campaign Planning, Media Strategy, Execution, and Performance Tracking.

- Experience in managing the Performance Marketing mandate of a known consumer brand is a must.

- Should know how to scale a brand and should have managed large budgets and indirect capacity.

- Responsible for day-to-day performance marketing on Google & Facebook and Manage web analytics and tag manager, FB pixels - Implementation and analysis.

- Should be able to create and optimize campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook, Quora Ads, Adroll, and Perfect Audience.

- Analyze the traffic and achieve the goals set (Lead and conversion-based campaigns)

- Form Leads, Audience Targeting, and Conversion Optimization for Google/FB Ads.

- Manage Text, Display, Video ads for all the platforms mentioned above.

- Able to Re-market ads for Website visitors, Custom affinity, Intent, and Lookalike Audiences.

- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization of performance marketing metrics that correlate to business.

- Research competition, investigate and set benchmarks, and deliver on strategies for improvement while maintaining the market leadership position.
