About the role :
We are looking for a stellar Product Manager to lead & manage the Supplier and Scalability solutions at Headout. This roles involves working with partners and partner facing teams to build world class solutions to manage the E2E partner lifecycle at Headout. You will also be responsible for building & improving the internal systems and mechanisms that can help our teams scale at speed.
Responsibilities :
- Lead product strategy and development of Headout's Supplier extranet that will seamlessly onboard our Supply Partners + help them launch products & experiences on Headout and manage inventory/pricing and other critical aspects of such products.
- Synthesise the partner needs, requirements into actionable product features + Make tradeoff decisions based on technical and business insights and experimentation.
- Create an easy to use, quick and seamless ecosystem that can help our Supply Partners throughout the lifecycle of their relation with Headout.
- Work with cross functional teams to build products + processes that can help scale the productivity of the catalog and merchandising operations with increased accuracy and speed.
- Work closely with a fun team of world-class engineers, designers, data to set the product roadmap and to drive execution.
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into product development process to drive growth and improvements.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years of workex including atleast 2 years of Product Management experience developing B2B partner facing applications, pref in Ecom.
- Proven record of building products and processes to improve productivity & scalability of stakeholder teams.
- Experience in building the catalog/ listing products in Ecom or in developing B2B SaaS products is a must.
- Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organisation.
- Strong customer empathy, and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritised product roadmap.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
- Must be able to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development
