Headout - Manager - Partner Operations

The Partner Operations - Manager position is a unique opportunity to help drive growth through Supply Engagement & Inventory Optimization. This is a critical role given its direct impact to improve the Headout experience through more ubiquitous availability, accurate data & efficient supply engagement processes. This data driven role is at the nexus of analytical thinking & inter-personal ability to manage all our existing Supply Partnerships.

- This is an important business side startup role & will have direct responsibility for the growth of their business.

What you'll do :

- Build & manage a team of associates that will form the backbone of the entire Supply Operations effort at Headout

- Conceptualize, implement & optimize processes across the entire Supply Stack to meet ambitious business goals

- Supply on-boarding & training

- Manage all supply facing interactions through various channels

- Manage relationships with all existing Supply Partners and optimize for a stellar experience on both sides of the table

- Work closely with associates to ensure daily operational excellence and individual career development

- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing preferred, but not required

Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
