Head - Workforce Management - Telecom

As a WMG head for BU you will be responsible for creating the workforce management strategy, orchestrating and executing all the People Supply Chain processes & workforce mobilization for the whole GMT across geographies and skills.

The role requires strength in strategy and execution: The Position will be responsible for fulfillment of manpower indents, improvement through better utilization, Manpower planning and deployment for the division with focus on revenue Generation, improving bulge mix and utilization. Demand Management and Resource Intake.

Responsible for competency development required for fulfillment. Also responsible for space management including seats and labs across India locations. Also responsible for Visa filing and deployment according to organization priorities.
