Role and Responsibilities:

As a WMG head for BU you will be responsible for creating the workforce management strategy, orchestrating and executing all the People Supply Chain processes & workforce mobilization for the whole GMT across geographies and skills.

The role requires strength in strategy and execution: The Position will be responsible for fulfillment of ADM and SL indents, improvement through better utilization,, Manpower planning and deployment for the division with focus on revenue Generation, improving bulge mix and utilization., Demand Management and Resource Intake.

Responsible for competency development required for fulfillment. Also responsible for space management including seats and labs across India locations. Also responsible for Visa filing and deployment according to organization priorities.

Skills Required:

Aggressive, Go getter & Enthusiastic. Excellent Team Management Skills. Experience in Escalation Management. Resourcing leader is Preferable

Knowledge Telecom and Media skills.

Extremely Patient in handling situational demands. Experience as WMG/PSC,

Ability to recognize business objectives, foresee solutions, develop approaches.

High initiative, drive with Agility and customer Orientation

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through

Excellent Conflict resolution & Relationship building.
