Head - Wellness Center Management

Job Profile:

In this role, you will be responsible to create state of the art wellness center and enhance overall guest experience , including the overall management of 25+ Guest rooms, training rooms, Ayurveda center, skill development centre, theatre, game zone, kids' play area, CSR and other religious offerings. You will ensure these facilities provide an exceptional

experience to carry the ethos of Luxury for all its guests through effective operational management, staff supervision, guest relations, event management, financial management, strategic planning, community engagement, marketing, communication, and compliance with statutory standards.

Operational Management:

- Responsible make wellness centre a self sustainable placeand oversee revenue and expenses

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuringthey are well-maintained, clean, and meet safetystandards.

- Infra development and maintenance of the facility

- Recruit, train, and manage staff across variousdepartments

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provideongoing training and development opportunities.

Event Management/Guest Relations:

- Coordinate and manage events in the banquet space, ensuring seamless execution.

- Collaborate with various departments to organize religious ceremonies, recreational activities, and educational programs.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

Financial Management & Strategic Planning:

- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use ofresources.

- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-controlmeasures.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overallexperience of visitors and guests.

- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in services offered.
