Key Responsibilities :
- Owning, creating & managing bouquet of customer & employee facing platforms from end to end which includes Websites, Desktop App & Mobile Exposure to Creating Products & Platforms that Identify the Need/Problem of an effective Customer Experience
- Prior experience in customer Engagement & Digital Sales would be ab added advantage.
- Some of the prerequisites for the role would be a Self-Motivated individual with Eye of detailing.
- A solutions approach to problem solving, with a creative bend keeping client thinking in mind.
- Some with exposure to the latest trend & foresight into what is being used by competition.
- Managing internal & external stake holders at Senior Management, Compliance, Risk Dept., Vendors & Agencies, Startup, Founders
- Evangelizing, Innovating & Leading new initiatives to address Customer needs, Digital Transformation & New opportunities.
The Successful Applicant :
- A leader with a technology back ground with 15+ years of experience with exposure to 360-degree Digital Ecosystem and Product Design with UI & UX exposure
- Deep involvement in Product/Platform creation journey from scratch & building 360-degree CX basis User data, followed by go-to market strategy.
