The Organization is a nodal body for large manufacturers in Construction/Engineering/Cement Industry. The Association's primary responsibilities are National Branding and Managing relationship with Government bodies, regulators, and other relevant institutions. As a representative organization, it articulates genuine and legitimate need and interests of the industry.
Role - As Head of Web Management & Digital Marketing, it would need to lead overall marketing strategy, market positioning of the brand, all cross-channel communications/collaterals, social media positioning, website branding, Challenges person's technical, business, and marketing acumen that has high visibility within and externally to the brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the marketing strategy and execution across online media channels
- Architect robust marketing plans (highly creative) as well as sweat out the details to ensure that these are executed sharply
- Execute brand and performance initiatives, with managing the entire portfolio buying and planning campaign inventory
- Website and microsites(s) maintenance
- Shaping the voice of Brand
- Collaborate with a team of marketing specialists, designers and analysts as well as manage external partners and technology players
- Devise campaigns delivering a strong consumer proposition
- Constantly leverage the power of digital/social, as well as mobile
- Interpret data from different sources (quantitative, qualitative, analytical) to decipher actionable insights and priorities decisions based on data
- Formulate and institutionalize best practices for ROI measurement and optimization in a dynamic environment
- Determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base.
- Be abreast with CMS/technology platforms to stay abreast with the latest in the market.
- Be the arbiter of brand's message and continuous improvements in a way that is compelling and thoughtful.
Key Skills :
- Adequate knowledge of CMS/technical platforms
- Experience in building digital brands in the internet/apps space
- Flair with numbers and analytics. Hands-on mobile analytics (implementation, modeling, analysis)
- In tune with latest digital marketing trends, new channels, strategies to keep ahead of the curve
- Exceptional verbal and presentation skills
- Strong ownership and commitment, and the ability and desire to be a leader
- Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Exceptional team development and leadership skills
Experience Background :
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in digital communications and marketing
- Minimum 3 years- experience managing digital marketing teams and handled good marketing budgets
Qualification :
- Preferred research background with a degree in Masters in Business/Communication/Computer Science
