Head - Wealth Management - Real Estate Products

Job Description:

1. Prepare the RE research platform for the Wealth management firm : Chart main cities and its micro-markets for opportunities in Resi / Commercial

2. Grow and maintain business relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 developers in Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Hyderabad

3. Actively engage with IPCs and build networks with RE funds for deal sourcing

4. Structure & Execute RE mandates for our clients : shelter mandates, pre-leased mandates, leveraged mandates

5. Find pricing advantaged opportunities in the RE space for investments by our clients

6. Appraise RE holding for the clients with an intent to rationalise the holding depending upon the client's intent

2. Entrepreneurial attitude towards the job

3. Ability to be proactive & ready to expand job profile

4. Strong understanding of financial structuring for RE deals
