Head - Wealth Management Analytics

Role Details:

Creating the complete set of Service offerings in Wholesale & Retail Finance Analytics & Big data segments & socializing these with all the key stakeholders including various business heads.

Build and execute analytics roadmap, in partnership with cross-functional leads; providing regular progress reports highlighting risks and opportunities.

Works closely with the Business Intelligence, Business Users and Strategy teams to realize impact from analytics.

Plan, design, and implement solutions that deliver and analyze information efficiently for competitive advantage in specific capabilities; Areas such as - Advanced Analytics Enablement, Information Delivery,

Data Management and Architecture.

Lead and/or participate in the design of state-of-the-art software tools to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and/or unstructured data that are often sparsely populated and prone to data inaccuracies.

Requirement:

15+ years of overall experience At-least 6+ years of experience in building and leading high performance teams delivering on tangible business gains across multiple business functions in Banking Analytics.

Master's or PhD degree in Statistics, Economics/ Econometrics, Applied Economics, Decision Science, Operations Research, Mathematics (or equivalent quantitative field) statistics, problem solving skills, advanced analytics from a Premier school in India/Global University.

Experience in delivering insight to internal business owners by building on a technical foundation that includes an understanding of modeling techniques and a strong grasp of latest techniques and trends in Analytics, Big Data and Data Science.

Experience in working with a broad base of industry verticals, such as Structured Finance,Real Estate Finance,Wholesale banking, with preferable expertise in areas such as Risk, Customer Analytics, Marketing analytics, and loyalty analytics etc.
