Head - Wealth Management

Job Description:

- As the Head of Wealth, you will be responsible for leading the firm's wealth management function, driving asset growth, and building strong relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

- You will develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and manage investors while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the firm's wealth division and scaling our AIF offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a robust wealth management strategy for AIF fundraising and investor engagement.

- Build and maintain relationships with HNWI, UHNWI, family offices, and institutional investors to drive asset growth.

- Lead and manage a team of wealth managers, relationship managers, and investment advisors to achieve business objectives.

- Identify and source potential investors, effectively communicating the value proposition of our AIF offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless client experience.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or AIF distribution.

- Strong network of HNWI, UHNWI, and institutional investors with a proven track record in capital raising.

- Deep understanding of alternative investments, structured products, private equity, and venture capital.

- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance frameworks for AIFs and wealth management.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale and innovate within a startup environment.

- MBA/CA/CFA or relevant financial certifications preferred.
