Synopsis below

- Handling Waste water, Industrial water projects

- Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

- Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team

- Overseeing all operations and business activities like strategy, business development, HR. finance, legal, projects, procurement, PR etc.

- Entailed bidding, tendering, business development, sourcing, negotiation, deal finalization with contractors, consultants and partners.

- Coordinate and liaison with partners, Clients, financial Institutions, lenders, banks, auditors etc. for various business related functions.
