Experience : 10+ years of experience

1. Responsible for the entire warehouse operations and will be reporting to the Management.

2. Routine warehouse operations which includes goods receiving, inward, stacking, retrieval etc

3. Responsible for handling a big team.

4. Adhering various technologies available in the operations of warehouse and should set up the entire warehouse based on the international standards and warehouse practices.

5. Responsible for reducing the pilferages in Warehouse. Has to ensure that various preventive mechanisms are implemented to curtail pilferages.

6. Responsible for implementing the safety standards and safety measures in warehouse.

7. Responsible for maintenance and management of various machineries and equipment available in warehouse.

8. Responsible for productivity norms for various functions within the warehouse.

9. Responsible for Team building and Team management.

10. Required to work closely with the sales team in complying with the order requirements.

11. To ensure all the orders are executed from the warehouse without the time delay and has to ensure that both daily and month sales targets are achieved.

12. Should have adequate experience in MIS and should be strong in numbers.

13. To ensure that various reports are developed and made available to the management from time to time.

14. Has to ensure that proper training is given to all the staffs in the warehouse.

15. Should be very flexible with working hours and should be able to meet the deadlines set by the management.
