Job Description:
- Looking From Companies Which Have Own Owned Stores Also Besides Dealers And Distributors.
Warehouse & Logistics Operations:
- Responsible for implementation of SOP for warehouse operations.
- Ensuring adherence to high ethical and legal standards, and compliance with all regulations/applicable laws. Managing 3rd Party and internal audits for Quality & Inventory at warehouses.
- Responsible for monitoring of safety, security and admin control in the warehouse.
- Define the operational metrics, set up processes and systems to scale up business with the unwavering focus on operational efficiency and cost management for warehouses and logistics.
- Reviewing, developing and measuring key metrics for the operational strategy at warehouses.
- Logistics management & timely deliveries.
- Ensuring all current safety security practices, protocols, testing, audits and training plans are developed, maintained and communicated.
Inventory Management: - Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs.
- Implement inventory tracking systems and tools to accurately monitor stock levels, movement, and replenishment needs.
- Analyze inventory data, demand patterns, and sales forecasts to optimize inventory planning, procurement, and allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure alignment between inventory levels, customer demand, and production plans.
Compliance & Audits: - Ensuring continuous delivery of services through management of service level agreements with end users, vendors and monitoring performance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure fair processes in the function.
People Management:
