Head/VP/SVP - Digital Monitoring & Governance - Bank

Primary Role & Responsibilities :

Responsible for business monitoring of:

1. Digital Ops Risk

2. Digital Fraud Risk

3. Digital Portfolio Risk

Adherence to Compliance , Regulation , Internal Processes:

1. Regulatory reporting of various metrics to the regulators/related parties ( RBI, NPCI etc.)

2. Digital Business and property adherence to various regulations and compliances

Control Room for monitoring ( Across Platform, products, solutions):

1. Real time updates of platform and business health

2. Alerts on abnormalities

3. Real time application status

4. Data reliability

Business Process Governance:

1. Ensuring execution is as per rolled out committee approvals

2. Timely review and testing to ensure product/policy/process is updated.

3. Dashboards, MIS & Reports
