Geographical expansion in new cities to increase market reach

Build SLA prediction models which will reduce actual SLA

MBA/PDGM from tier 1 institutes

12-15 yrs of work experience

Age: 40 yrs

Experience in operations intensive industry is a must / prefer eCommerce

Currently on a salary range of 70-80 lacs
