- Lead HR operations in a smooth and efficient manner. Will oversee HRIS, payroll function and will also be responsible for implementation of new modules on HRMS.
- Own HR Policies and their implementation. Handle the HR Audit and regulatory reporting and requirement
- Good understanding of Payroll, payroll related compliance, Audit
- Leading a team of 5-8 employees
- Project Management
- Minimum Graduation (% not less than 55% in Graduation)
- 10+ years of experience of which atleast 5 yrs in Operations. Should have lead the HR Ops and Shared services function. Understanding of HR Processes
- Problem Solving, Solution orientation, attention to details, process understanding
