Designation : Head / VP/ AVP – Skill Development

Location : Noida

Experience – 12 yrs – 22 yrs

- Oversee and Lead the National Level Business Acquisition of Skill Development & Employability Projects and smooth implementation of the same.

- Conceptualize and develop new business models for growth in the dynamic business environment, give recommendation for business at the strategic level

- Engagement with relevant Ministries and Departments in Govt. Creating and managing sustainable business partnerships.

- Secure mandates from Central Govt., State Govt. and Ministries under various funded scheme for Placement Linked Skill Development.

- Create Strategy and Business Model for rolling out the National Operations and setting up a large multilevel multi state team operations for Mobilization from Rural Areas and Skills Training.

- Create an environment for sustainable and profitable business working with government.

- Plan bottom-line, top line business objectives for the company and manage / improvement in existing process to reduce costs and increase EBITDA.

- Preparation of annual Manpower and Sales budget and P&L for all regions.

- Facilitate Training and upgradation of skills among the team. Evaluation of performance through annual Performance Management System.

- Design and develop framework for competency based outcomes for evaluation, assessments and training delivery for different Sectors and different levels.
