Head Of Vigilance

- This role is responsible to strategize and oversee implementation of Vigilance Management initiatives. The role requires to plan and develop methodology of preventing, detecting & investigating frauds.

- Also responsible for executing company's best practices relating to all aspects of Loss Prevention in Fraud Management, conducting investigation and implementing measures to prevent any types of fraud or malicious activities by own staff or vendors across .

Job Responsibilities :

- Interface with the RR Business Operations Team & create awareness about Vigilance compliance.

- Enhance competencies of Vigilance Team through continual training & development initiatives & programs.

- Generate awareness among the employees regarding the necessity to prevent fraud.

- Ensure laid down processes by the Company in preventing fraud are being complied.

- Prevent fraud and ensure complete investigation including recovery of loss without resorting to legal process.
