Head/Vice President - Supply Chain - Healthcare/Pharma

Position: Vice President - SCM

Department: SCM

Experience: 18 to 22 years

Location: Bhat, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Education: Graduation in Sc + Post graduation

Major Purpose of the Job:

- To integrate the functions of procurement, planning, manufacturing and distribution.

- Ensuring the finished product available in time at the right place to marketing as per their sales forecast with agreed stock covers.

- To monitor & ensure each Factory achieves the targeted CCPC ratio

Responsibilities:

- To build excellence in Supply Chain by focusing on long-term strategic targets.

- Stock requirement planning for SBUs.

- Coordination with Mfg., SBU Heads, Stores, Finance etc.

- He shall be responsible for all India review of sales plan, present stocks available and infested to draw out distribution plan for the month.

- He shall plan dispatch of materials based on market requirement.

- He shall be responsible for generation of period MIS reports such as region wise and season wise sales pattern, performance analysis.

- He shall issue a packing list to distribution in order to ensure optimum stocks levels at C&S locations.

- He shall keep up-to-date track of movement of material and maintain necessary accounting. He will incorporate the system of account receivables as back up to the existing procedure.

- He shall establish system for monitoring stocks at all C&S locations and work out minimum stock levels product wise at each locations.
