- Looking at an exceptional Business focussed Talent Acquisition Head for an Indian Fortune 500 Company in Bangalore.
- This is a leadership role with pan india and pan organisational accountability.
- The successful incumbent would have 17 plus years of well rounded TA leadership experience including aggressive high pressure Business ramp ups, Team Management, Scalable talent pipeline management, proven expertise in multi city, multi region parallel hiring ramp ups pan India .
- You will have an in depth exposure to Indian Talent Market with specific focus to Bottom of the Pyramid Hiring, volume hiring, Employability side of hiring and understanding and connect of the skilling ecosystem.
- You would have multi region and multi sector experience and you are no stranger to the pressures of time bound, scalable hiring in large numbers.
- You will be required to manage, build and coach an exceptional high performing TA team with deep focus on delivering numbers in a predictable, consistent and methodical approach.
