Primary Role & Responsibilities : Management of Digital Marketing and Campaign Initiatives across Liability, Payments, Assets and Cards etc.
Creation of:
1. A Digital Marketing calendar
2. Business use cases for SEO/SEM to drive digital traffic
3. Business Case for utilizing Social media to drive adoption of digital journeys
4. Embedding digital proposition across all customer touchpoints
Conceptualization and prioritization of campaigns:
1. Across Liability, Assets, Digital Properties, Payments and Services.
2. Across Modes - SMS, Email, Class zero etc.
3. Measuring Performance of campaigns
4. Management of campaign budgets
User Growth - Driving topline impact for all digital lending products/solutions exclusively though D2C:
1. Only STP/DIY products
2. Tie-up with online product/service providers for values adds/ sweeteners /offers
3. Drive business through new digital channels like WhatsApp Banking.
- Responsible for digital research and insights across the digital spectrum.
