Head/Vice President - BD & Projects/SBU & P&L - Construction & Contracting Group

Our client is a leading turnkey interior / fit-out contracting company expanding operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, India.

- The company is part of a large reputed construction and contracting Group, with operations in Africa, Asia, Europe & Middle East.

Desired Skills and Expertise :

- We are looking for a seasoned professional, with minimum 20-25 years in the turnkey interior contracting business in the Gulf with focus on Furniture & Fit-outs.

- Must have rich exposure to both BUSINESS ACQUISITION / sales & marketing / tendering and contracting and PROJECT EXECUTION including handling Joinery and contract manufacturing / outsourcing. He is responsible for ensuring top & bottom line.

- GCC experience is a must - exposure to Europe / Africa highly desirable.Ideally should have been a profit center head for minimum USD 50Million / 5 years.
