Head - Vendor & Contracts Job Description & Job Responsibilities: - Negotiate and draft contracts required for the execution of the projects. - Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. - Manage relationships with vendors, and other relevant stakeholders. - Resolve disputes and conflicts related to contracts. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management. - Monitor project timelines and budgets to accomplish project objectives. - Monitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and cooperate with internal depts. - Present and communicate with stakeholders about contract related matters, be a key person of project and work closely with project team. - Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relative to contracts, PMC, Consultant and Sub-contractors, Suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial and solve the variation works.
