About our Client - Our client is a NASDAQ listed organization, headquartered in United States of America. They are global leaders in the payments processing security domain and have a presence in over 30 countries across the globe. They are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join them and lead various verticals.

Job Description - As a Head - Vendor Management you will be reporting to the Director - Operations and will be handling a team of 3 people. You will be responsible for :

- Maintaining and developing strong vendor relationships

- Managing field service support

- Handling escalations and SLA's

The Successful Candidate -

- You MUST have at least 10 - 12 years experience within the IT industry of which you would have, ideally, spent 5 -7 years within a similar position.

- A successful applicant MUST posses an MBA + BE degree and have excellent commercial skills.
