Location : Kolkata / Mumbai

Reporting to : Business Head - Healthcare Finance

Objective:

The Head Vendor development - Healthcare finance is responsible for builds and lead the Channel sales management function to drive share growth in the assigned channel while meeting profitability targets and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Role & responsibilities:

- Led the channel sales management business, focused on meeting financing needs for healthcare /hospital industry/customers,across various assets classes, primarily in medical healthcare equipment's.

- Implement & improvise the strategic plan to steer top-line growth and bottom-line delivery for the Channel sales management business&define strategies to deliver Net Income in line with organization's goals.

- Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels, to increase penetration - Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher revenue per employee

- Key account management, Deal negotiation & closure also monitoring the CRM activities for new product launches & customer complaint resolutions.

- Vendor Management and Forging OEM tie-ups .

- Build on existing relationships and develop new clients, thus sustain ably expanding the scope of the business.

- Undertake Market Research, Product Development, Portfolio Management, analysis and Competitor Mapping and ensure compliance of product policies & pricing, track and control costs .

- Build a diverse organisation that reflects the marketplace, lives to our values and inspires teamwork through effective leadership

Key Competencies:

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Thorough knowledge of Channel sales -vendor development (i.e in medical Healthcare equipment sector )

- Proven strategic capabilities, negotiation and presentation capabilities, customer relationship skills, and the ability to build, lead and retain motivated and productive teams.

- Ability to build business from scratch and therefore ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-risk environment

- P&L orientation

- Inspiring leadership - ability to attract, nurture and retain high performers
