Job Description:

- Build and manage the local Valuation Control office from the ground up including hiring personal, establishing strong culture, governance and control frameworks

- Manage the migration of valuation control process from primary location teams to India

- Take ownership of valuation control process being performed on behalf of global coverage teams

- Be a core partner and member of the Management Committee

- Maintain strong relationship with Front Office, Product Control, Quantitative Research, Market Risk and Technology as well as local Finance management

- Contribute to the core technical knowledge and development of the team

- Interact with external stakeholders (i.e. auditors and regulators) as required
