Head - UX - Internet/Online

UX Head

- You will lead our product design vision and execution for all our product lines.

- Define/ Design/ Create the User Interface, Information Architecture, Task Flows.

- Help define the vision of end-to-end user experience and guide programming team on various Usability issues.

- Define and own the entire lifecycle of product design and ensures that design output meets the business needs.

- You will be responsible for making sure we have the team, processes and strategy in place for building the best in class customer experience.

- Expert working knowledge of standard interactive design tools and process.

- Collaborates with Product Owners and Developers to design user experiences that balance the users- needs with mission/business goals and technological capabilities.

- Strong visual/interaction or user experience/information architecture skills.

- Strong leadership skills: A proven track record of successfully leading UX teams.
