Purpose of the job : To create and manage a seamless consumer experience online through creation and execution of the organization's digital strategy
Role & Responsibilities :
Proven product management experience -
- Focus on front end product - B2C
- Focus on putting tools in place to capture data that will help drive better user design - should be using terms like heatmaps, A/B testing
- Should be able to give solid examples on how he/she has used data to improve user experience
- What success metrics are they using - they should be business minded enough to put success in terms of revenue generation/ user retention/ user acquisition
- Good communication skills are a must since they will be liasing with AIL
- Team management experience is not a must
