Head - Urban Livelihoods Projects - NGO

1) Project Management: Accountable for overall designing, planning, reporting and deliverables achievement

2) Strategic Partners Relationship Management: Multi-stakeholder relationship building & management which include key internal and external stakeholders viz. Donors partners, Employment partners, Sustainability team, Operations Team, Programme Development Team, and other key support Functions

3) Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL): Design and implement a measurement framework for effective monitoring and evaluation

4) Research & Product Development: Design & revise/enhance strategic projects in alignment with the Livelihoods focused vision of Magic Bus

5) MIS & Data strategy: Mentor Data Strategy & MIS team and related Initiatives as Additional responsibility.

6) Associated Administrative Responsibilities
