Head - Underwriting - BFSI

Head - Underwriter for a leading BFSI Client in Bangalore.

Job role:

- Prepare the underwriting process guidelines as per the company's requirements

- Periodic review and updation of the Underwriting guidelines to ensure that it is in line with the expected quality and risk management framework

- To ensure proper documentation as per guidelines for easier underwriting of proposals

- Work with the Sales teams, Sales Training, Channel Partners and Customer Service teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of Underwriting requirements.

Desired Profile:

- Postgraduate with around 12-15 yrs with relevant experience in Underwriting

- At least 2yrs of exposure in leading Underwriting team, around 35-40 yrs of age.
